Choose the correct Ring Arm
- Using a correct ring arm that fits you is essential to get a sound sleep analysis
- Left and right index fingers may be of different sizes that fit different ring arms
- Try on a smaller ring arm first if available
- A ring with a correct ring arm should be snug on your finger
