HST Device Advancement Program - FAQ

1. What is the HST Device Advancement Program?

The HST Device Advancement Program provides eligible business customers with the opportunity to receive a one-time discount code for purchasing a Belun Ring through authorized Belun channels, such as the Belun e-shop. The program supports clinics in updating their diagnostic technology without requiring device return or collection.

2. Who is eligible to participate?

Eligibility is limited to new Belun clients, with U.S. operating clinic business customers and currently using qualifying FDA-cleared home sleep testing (HST) devices and submit complete device information for verification through Belun’s online form.

3. Are patients allowed to participate?

No. This program is intended for clinics and business customers only.

4. ⁠Are participants required to return or send in their existing HST devices?

No. This program does not require the return, shipment, or collection of any HST devices. Participants only need to provide device details and serial numbers for verification.  Belun reserves the right to request additional documentation for verification if required.

5. How do I apply for the program?

Participants must complete Belun’s designated online submission form and provide accurate information and serial numbers for all qualifying HST devices they intend to register.

6. Does the program have a limit on how many devices I can submit?

Yes. Each participant may submit up to 10 qualifying devices. Submissions beyond this limit may require additional review by Belun.

7. What information do I need to provide in the submission form?

Participants will be asked to provide device type, manufacturer/model, serial number, a photo showing the device and its serial number, and supporting information as required for verification.

8. What if my device does not have a serial number or the label is damaged?

Devices without valid serial numbers or with unreadable identifiers may not qualify. Participants should provide alternative proof of ownership or documentation if available.

9. What happens after I submit my device information?

Belun will review the submitted device details to verify eligibility. Most submissions are reviewed within 15 business days. Processing time may vary depending on volume and completeness of the submission. Once approved, eligible participants will receive a Participation Agreement for signature to confirm enrollment.

10. When will I receive the discount code?

After the Participation Agreement is executed, Belun will issue the applicable one-time discount code to the participant in 15 working days. Processing time may vary depending on volume and completeness of the submission. Each discount code is single-use and can be applied to one order only.

11. Where can I use the discount code?

The discount code can be redeemed through authorized Belun channels, such as the Belun e-shop, as specified in the Participation Agreement. Each discount code is single-use and can be applied to one order only.

12. If I receive the discount code but do not use it, will it expire?

Yes. Discount codes are valid until Jan 31st, 2026 and will expire according to the terms listed in the Participation Agreement.

13. Is there a deadline to participate in the program?

Yes. Participation remains open until all available discount codes have been issued or until Belun updates or closes the program. Any changes, including early closure, will be posted on the program’s Terms & Conditions and FAQ webpage.

14. ⁠Is the discount code transferable?

No. The discount code is issued to an eligible participant and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned.

15. Can multiple discount codes be issued for the same clinic?

Each eligible participant will receive one discount code, in accordance with the program’s terms. Additional submissions may require separate evaluation. Each discount code is single-use and can be applied to one order only.

16. Can I combine the discount obtained from this program with other promotions or discounts?

No. The discount code cannot be used in combination with other promotions unless explicitly permitted by Belun.

17. Does the discount apply to Belun’s Online Report Subscription?

No. The discount code (US $50) could only be used for hardware purchase.

The Belun Ring operates with Belun’s Online Report Subscription service, which must be purchased separately.

18. Does program participation create any ongoing obligations?

No ongoing operational obligations are created. Participation is limited to the submission, verification, and agreement steps defined by the program.

19. ⁠What types of HST devices qualify?

Submitted devices must be FDA-cleared HST devices for the U.S. market. Qualifying devices are defined by Belun and may include specific models or categories of home sleep testing equipment. Details are outlined in the online submission form and may be updated periodically.

20. Who should I contact if I have questions or require assistance?

21. What happens if my submission is rejected?

If a device is not eligible, Belun will notify the participant via email. Participants may revise their submission or contact customer support for clarification.

22. What if I make an error in my submission?

Participants may resubmit corrected information. However, inaccurate or fraudulent submissions may result in denial or disqualification from the program.
