\u8a8d\u8b49\uff0c\u5176\u500d\u9748\u7761\u7720\u7cfb\u7d71\u6210\u70ba\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u4f7f\u7528\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u8a3a\u65b7\u963b\u585e\u6027\u7761\u7720\u7a92\u606f\u75c7 (Obstructive Sleep Apnea \u7c21\u7a31 OSA) \u53ca\u7761\u7720\u968e\u6bb5\u7684\u53ef\u7a7f\u6234\u6307\u74b0\u3002\u500d\u9748\u7761\u7720\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u8212\u9069\u5ea6\u53ca\u65b9\u4fbf\u6027\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u53ef\u4ee5\u52a0\u5feb\u5168\u7403 9.36 \u5104\u4e2d\u5ea6\u81f3\u91cd\u5ea6 OSA<sup>1<\/sup> \u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8a3a\u65b7\u901f\u5ea6\u3002\u9019\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5927\u5927\u7bc0\u7701\u8001\u5316\u4eba\u53e3\u6162\u6027\u75c5\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u8cbb\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u500d\u9748\u79d1\u6280\u7684\u7e3d\u88c1\u6881\u7acb\u6167\u535a\u58eb\u5206\u4eab\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u5e0c\u671b\u4fc3\u9032\u5bb6\u7528\u7761\u7720\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u4ee5\u8b58\u5225\u672a\u78ba\u8a3a\u7684\u963b\u585e\u6027\u7761\u7720\u7a92\u606f\u75c7\u3002\u5176\u5be6\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u5df2\u7d93\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u8b49\u5be6\u7761\u7720\u5065\u5eb7\u5c0d\u65bc\u6574\u9ad4\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u548c\u9577\u671f\u75c5\u60a3\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u6548\u679c\u5341\u5206\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u7761\u7720\u4f54\u7528\u4e86\u4eba\u985e\u5982\u6b64\u591a\u7684\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u5011\u5c0d\u6b64\u6240\u77e5\u751a\u5c11\uff01\u56e0\u6b64\u500d\u9748\u81ea 2018 \u5e74\u63a8\u51fa\u7b2c\u4e00\u4ee3\u500d\u9748\u6307\u74b0\u4ee5\u5f8c\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u8207\u5168\u7403\u5c08\u5bb6\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u7814\u7a76\u7761\u7720\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e14\u5df2\u53d6\u5f97\u76f8\u7576\u9032\u5c55\uff0c\u500d\u9748\u7522\u54c1\u5df2\u9010\u6f38\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u9577\u671f\u75be\u75c5\u6cbb\u7642\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u4e2d\u98a8\u3001\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u3001\u5931\u7720\u3001\u5931\u667a\u75c7\u7b49\u3002\u500d\u9748\u6700\u65b0\u65b9\u5411\u5df2\u7531\u7684\u7761\u7720\u5065\u5eb7\u9081\u5411\u9810\u9632\u4fdd\u5065\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u9858\u666f\u662f\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u5065\u5eb7\u6578\u64da\u53bb\u5354\u52a9\u4eba\u7fa4\u9810\u9632\u75be\u75c5\u53ca\u4fdd\u6301\u5065\u5eb7\u4ee5\u9020\u798f\u793e\u6703\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u73fe\u4ee3\u4eba\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u662f\u5c0e\u81f4\u6162\u6027\u75c5\u5982\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u589e\u52a0\u7684\u4e3b\u56e0\uff0c\u4e0d\u826f\u7684\u7761\u7720\u7fd2\u6163\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u58d3\u529b\u548c\u6b20\u7f3a\u904b\u52d5\u5c0e\u81f4\u80a5\u80d6\u7b49\u90fd\u662f\u5143\u51f6\uff0c\u800c\u7761\u7720\u7a92\u606f\u75c7\u66f4\u662f\u5728\u9ad8\u8eab\u9ad4\u8cea\u91cf\u6307\u6578\uff08Body Mass Index \u7c21\u7a31 BMI) \u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u5f88\u5e38\u898b\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u80a5\u80d6\u75c7\u6d41\u884c\u548c\u4eba\u53e3\u8001\u5316\u5747\u5c0e\u81f4\u7761\u7720\u7a92\u606f\u75c7\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u4e0a\u5347\u3002\u6839\u64da\u4e16\u754c\u7d93\u6fdf\u8ad6\u58c7\u7684\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u5c07\u6709\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u60a3\u6709 2 \u7a2e\u6216\u66f4\u591a\u7a2e\u6162\u6027\u75c5\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u6bcf\u5e74\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u5065\u8cbb\u7528\u589e\u52a0 80-300%<sup>2<\/sup>\u3002\u4e16\u754c\u885b\u751f\u7d44\u7e54\u66f4\u9810\u6e2c\uff0c\u5230 2030 \u5e74\u5168\u7403\u5c07\u51fa\u73fe 1000 \u842c\u91ab\u8b77\u4eba\u54e1\u7684\u77ed\u7f3a<sup>3<\/sup>\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u9810\u6e2c\uff0c\u4ecb\u6642\u5c0d\u91ab\u8b77\u4eba\u54e1\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u5c07\u589e\u52a0\u81f3 8000 \u842c\uff0c\u4f46\u4f9b\u61c9\u91cf\u53ea\u6703\u9054\u5230 6500 \u842c\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u91ab\u8b77\u4eba\u54e1\u77ed\u7f3a 1500 \u842c\u3002\u9810\u671f\u7684\u91ab\u8b77\u4eba\u54e1\u77ed\u7f3a\u9700\u8981\u7acb\u5373\u63a1\u53d6\u4e00\u4e9b\u884c\u52d5\u4f86\u89e3\u6c7a\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u793e\u6703\u57fa\u672c\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u5065\u90fd\u5c07\u9762\u81e8\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u500d\u9748\u79d1\u6280\u7684\u7e3d\u88c1\u6881\u7acb\u6167\u535a\u58eb\u5206\u4eab\uff1a\u300c\u500d\u9748\u6307\u74b0\u65b9\u4fbf\u6613\u7528\uff0c\u4e14\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u5584\uff0c\u517c\u5177\u6709\u91ab\u7642\u6e96\u78ba\u5ea6\uff0c\u518d\u52a0\u4e0a\u6211\u5011\u7684\u500d\u9748\u7761\u7720\u7cfb\u7d71\u6700\u8fd1\u4ea6\u7372\u5f97 FDA 510(k) \u8a8d\u8b49\uff0c\u4ee5\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u4f5c\u70ba\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u8a3a\u65b7\u8f14\u52a9\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u70ba\u60a3\u8005\u5e36\u4f86\u559c\u8a0a\uff0c\u4ea6\u7d66\u5e02\u5834\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b9\u4fbf\u53ca\u8edf\u786c\u4ef6\u7686\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5e6b\u52a9\u66f4\u591a\u4eba\u6539\u5584\u7761\u7720\u3002\u300d\u6839\u64da\u7f8e\u570b\u7761\u7720\u91ab\u5b78\u5b78\u6703\uff08American Academy of Sleep Medicine \u7c21\u7a31 AASM<sup>4<\/sup>\uff09\uff1a\u300c\u5149\u9ad4\u7a4d\u8b8a\u5316\u63cf\u8a18\u5716\u6cd5(Photoplethysmography\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31PPG) \u6280\u8853\u5df2\u7d93\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u666e\u53ca\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u53ef\u80fd\u4ee4\u963b\u585e\u6027\u7761\u7720\u7a92\u606f\u75c7\u5f97\u4ee5\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u8a3a\u65b7 \u3002\u800c\u5e02\u5834\u5c0d\u5177\u6709\u6cbb\u7642\u6f5b\u529b\u7684\u65b0\u6280\u8853\u4ea6\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u611f\u8208\u8da3\u3002\u300d\uff08\u8a3b\uff1a \u500d\u9748\u6307\u74b0\u6b63\u662f\u63a1\u7528PPG\u6280\u8853\uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u500d\u9748\u79d1\u6280\u7684\u9858\u666f\u662f\u901a\u904e\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u548c\u5927\u6578\u64da\u5206\u6790\u5e6b\u52a9\u4eba\u5011\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u7ba1\u7406\u6162\u6027\u75c5\uff0c\u4ee5\u6e1b\u8f15\u4eba\u53e3\u8001\u5316\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u652f\u51fa\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u5141\u8a31\u8b77\u7406\u4eba\u54e1\u548c\u60a3\u8005\u8ddf\u9032\u6cbb\u7642\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u66f4\u53ef\u9078\u64c7\u8f03\u70ba\u500b\u4eba\u5316\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u4ea6\u53ef\u63d0\u9ad8\u6cbb\u7642\u4f9d\u5f9e\u6027\u3002 Lydia \u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5206\u4eab\u9053\uff1a\u300c\u4f7f\u7528\u91ab\u7642\u7d1a\u53ef\u7a7f\u6234\u8a2d\u5099\u9032\u884c\u9577\u671f\u76e3\u6e2c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u4eba\u5011\u53ca\u65e9\u767c\u73fe\u7570\u5e38\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u9810\u9632\u4fdd\u5065\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u500d\u9748\u79d1\u6280\u6b63\u5728\u958b\u767c\u57fa\u65bc\u5176\u91ab\u7642\u7d1a\u53ef\u7a7f\u6234\u8a2d\u5099\u3001\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u548c\u5927\u6578\u64da\u5206\u6790\u7684\u7761\u7720\u5065\u5eb7\u6307\u6578\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u516c\u773e\u5c0d\u7761\u7720\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\u548c\u7406\u89e3\u3002\u4eba\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e86\u89e3\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u7761\u7720\u8cea\u91cf\u5c07\u5982\u4f55\u53d7\u5230\u65e5\u5e38\u7fd2\u6163\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u98f2\u9152\u3001\u904b\u52d5\u7b49\uff09\u548c\u74b0\u5883\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u6307\u6578\u548c\u85e5\u7269\uff09\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u7761\u7720\u8cea\u7d20\u4e0d\u518d\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u611f\u77e5\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u91cf\u5316\u7684\u6307\u6a19\u3002\u4eba\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u65bc\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u52a0\u4ee5\u904b\u7528\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u9ad8\u7d1a\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\u54e1\u5982\u679c\u767c\u73fe\u7761\u7720\u5065\u5eb7\u6307\u6578\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u63a8\u9072\u4e00\u4e9b\u91cd\u8981\u6c7a\u7b56\u6216\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u505a\u51fa\u932f\u8aa4\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3002 \u516c\u53f8\u6b63\u8207\u4e00\u4e9b\u7f8e\u570b\u6709\u898f\u6a21\u7684\u7761\u7720\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6d3d\u8ac7\uff0c\u63a8\u51fa\u500d\u9748\u7761\u7720\u7cfb\u7d71 \u4ee5\u8fce\u5408 OSA \u548c\u5931\u7720\u5e02\u5834\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u5370\u5ea6\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u500d\u9748\u5c07\u8207\u5370\u5ea6\u8457\u540d\u7684\u795e\u7d93\u75c5\u5b78\u5bb6\u548c\u7761\u7720\u5c08\u5bb6\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ee5\u670d\u52d9\u6578\u4ee5\u767e\u842c\u8a08\u672a\u7d93\u6cbb\u7642\u7684 OSA \u60a3\u8005\u3002\u64da\u82f1\u570b\u91ab\u5b78\u520a\u7269\u300a\u523a\u91dd\u300b\u5831\u5c0e\uff0c\u9019\u5169\u500b\u5e02\u5834\u5171\u6709 1.04 \u5104\u7591\u4f3c
